Did you not read the announcement? They are doubling their salesforce for their specialty brands division, which is their highest margin business line. They have 3 patent protected dermatology products which were only launched in the past 12 months or so, with market share in each sub 3%. They think they can grab a much larger slice of the pie and will use the new sales reps to target the countries' 10k or so dermatologists.
