if it is a "dog stock" at 33c then it will also be a "dog stock" at 19c.
the price doesn't change the quality or potential of the company.
the price only changes the value proposition.
you cannot have it both ways....
Let us say you do in fact buy at 19c.... what would your target price be and why?
