    TEVA/Allergan deal was due to market change in US...afaik.
    As mentioned before, TEVA was impacted just as much if not more on their own and products they bought from Allergan in a $40b deal.
    I can reasonably assume that ANY generics pharmaceutical company was suffering during the last few years in US.
    To disprove this.... can you highlight a few generic pharmaceutical companies that actually thrived during this time?

    On Nextstellis feasability.
    Allegedly the ~$200 cost is in line with other branded products and health insurance do cover a lot of this cost....
    Prices are a bit over the place ( where you buy ) and it's hard to account for health insurance which is not one size fits all.
    What I can say is that one of the big branded competitors with a comparable retail price ( ~$188 ) is LO Loestrin FE.
    LO Loestrin FE is a product with $890m in annual sales as at June 2020.

    Based on this information the assertion that a ~$200 per month contraceptive is not feasible in the US market seems incorrect.

    Also for comparison, if the $890m sales refers to "net sales" then Nextstellis is targeting $200m
    ...at 2% of the addressable market that doesn't seem too ambitious.
