I think he over pays them . Employs yesmen and women who arnt up to the task. This way his position and authority are never threatened. Unfortunately this results in poor company performance sometimes FDA approvals are years overdue. The only redeeming thing is all the staff ( senior management ) in particular remember Scott’s birthday. Three cheers for Scott.
