Pretty sure shares sold he's actually held for some time if they are he is entitled to sell whenever it suits him unfortunately suits him sure didn't consider us timing wise couldn't have been much worse , hes done this before margin call was the reason given last time he dumped hurt us then too . I'm guessing he intends to hang in as CEO long enough to qualify and collect bonus shares may of already done this not sure either .
