Or we can all try thinking positive. Yes, he does get paid well and I do not condone his inaction but maybe he himself realises that the share price will inevitably rise dramatically once our products go to market as I too believe it will and therefore no action is really required on his part in the short term and we all will still reap the benefits of a much higher share price etc...
Positivity AND patience (and maybe accumulation if affordable) is all that is required. My opinion only.
