    The dog won't bark - so put it down!
    Board and management incompetent, greedy and self serving.
    Piss the lot off and get the hell out of generics.
    It's amazing how much money shareholders pumped in to go into generics via the over priced and ill-fated acquisitions.
    They failed on many levels.
    Fire the lot.
