A man in his 90s makes an appointment with an investment adviser, and asks him for some advice on short term investments.

The adviser makes some suggestions about several investments with very good prospects.

The old many says
"How long until will it take until all these come good"

The adviser says
"All of them should have good capital gains with a year"

The old mans says

"Within a year !!
That's much to long.
At my age, I don't even buy green bananas!"
