Yes it's not unusual to see price come back and test the break-out level, that's which is why I'll be watching more closely for signals one way or another. Especially if it goes under 0.80 - there will be a lot of automatic stops set at just below this obvious level, so I'll be watching for a "stop hunt" where the price may drop 2 or 3 cents below here and then volume kick in to push it back over. (The professionals mopping up some easy supply).
Or if it keeps going then support has failed. Volume at these levels will tell a story.
