Another positive response by Rob.

The finalisation of the ownership structure of MZC will be a significant milestone for UCL. That would definitely give the share price some much needed momentum.

Hopefully Rob is correct when he says only a few weeks. I suppose though whether it is 2 weeks or 4 weeks it is irrelevant in the whole scheme of things. As long as all parties are cooperating together to resolve the ownership disputes, then to me that signifies a much more positive long term outlook. All parties need to work well together for the project to be developed and be a success.

Thanks for your response on the forum to day. It contains encouraging aspects. I note that you mention issues from the quarterly are progressing, even if on the slow side.

I understand perfectly the Iranian desire to protect their national interests - after all we are careful about the same thing here with our key assets. Allowing this means careful negotiation and consideration I am presuming the ownership will not be resolved by the end of September as previously mooted. What do you think is now a realistic time frame?

There is a desire on both sides to solve the outstanding issues as quickly as possible so that development of the project can commence, under a new Development Agreement.

However, I cannot put an exact time on the resolution of the outstanding matters, but it is likely to be only weeks away.
