Don't be disheartened by the sand industry because of the issues that MZI have encountered, it's been a terrible time for all the miners. Use the information that I have told you particularly regarding the types of sand that a company should produce, the deposit grades, where they will produce it, how they propose to wet and dry mill it and importantly how they are going to warehouse and sell it.

Personally I see improvement in the sand market for the second half of this year, maybe from Sept/Oct onwards. Pricing and volume has definitely stabilised but could be around this mark for 6 months, but stockpiles are starting to reduce, particularly in the textile cities of China. Pricing won't increase like in 2010, but I think they will gently move upward.
