I dont think the share price is being retarded, perhaps the company is.
They have a very high cash burn rate and are down to 2.4M. At the rate they burn cash at end of next qtr, it is all gone. Where do you think the next lick comes from....the directors/management?....I dont think so, it will be sucked from the shareholders, current or new.
Then there is the plus 50M for capex they need for the projects.where do they get that and at what price. Have their previous projects made any $$. Perhaps when zircon was at 2200, any clown could have made money recycling ceramic toilets. Look at the last presentation, a cast of thousands on the books, in the office, these guys dont do it on a shoe string, some of the directors and management have the inspiration and ability of wet sand.
