Unfortunately 1 standalone hole is not going to cut it to get material conversion of the options. problem is the market knows that getting 1 hole out was aimed purely to pump the share price. They did well in getting the results out, however there is not meat on the bone for investors to bite and unfortunately investors sceptic of management.

So what does it mean well back to square one probably less than $1m in the bank, two legal cases, two personal legal cases (Kagarra and Capri) looks like despite their efforts their snookered.

The irony is without legal cases I think stock would be higher and options probably would have been in the money or a broker would have underwritten them
