Well KDR own the leases and can do what they like, if they want to drill up a whole heap of lithium to earn 2% net smelter return then I don't think Joe is going to hold his hand up and say what the F are you doing?

Capri has held around 12% OF KDR since day one as they were funding Convergent and then pulled the pin and claimed the Mt Holland leases and pumped them into KDR.
Maybe the Forger has not told Capri what he had been doing or signing, just like the Mother In laws trading account.
Has the Leopard changed his spots?

All may be revealed in the WA Supreme Court if it gets that far, we will just have to wait and see.
