By the time either company got/get the zinc out of the ground it's likely zinc run will be over or far down from where they are now hence RXL come up trumps as they have cashed in the asset
Pretty much same scenario as many specs that flys on an asset that is in the ground but doing well commodity wise - gold spec shares a classic example
