It was all sailing along nicely until they missed out on the Zc project, I think it was trading at around 2.5c. Then post suspension it took a hit, after that the soil samples were ok but today's announcement and subsequent results is what everyone wants to see. They could've easily been in play if everything went their way and they didn't go to court.
They must feel strongly they have a case against KDR, I'm not privy to the details or wording of these emails. Just play the waiting game.
