one thing is certain - BNYM need to buy on market here to fill ADR purchases in the US

- if the NASDAQ listing proceeds prior to the SPP's closing date of 24 June, then that could make BNYM's buying here easier, as local shareholders sell to buy back in at 28 cents

- problem is however, that people who sell here say $15K worth, might not get $15K worth of shares under the SPP, as the company has clearly indicated it is looking for $20M from the SPP, so if the SPP is heavily subscribed to, then not everyone will get $15K worth of shares, if the company sticks to raising only $20M

so if the listing proceeds prior to 24 June, i would suggest it is a case of seller beware if you're selling and expecting to get a full $15K worth under the SPP
