thinking about it again,
I think the listing will occur after the new shares has been alotted and ready to be traded so the US investors can get some of them
however, logically, PRR wants the SPP to be well subscribed. It is also logical to think that there will be some positive ann coming out soon
I'm just guessing, DYOR
