I rember in 2009 approx May or June, Prima was doing cap raising at something like 7c or close to that.
The share price dropped way less than that and it fell through because everyone could purchase the shares at a cheaper prcie.
I am hoping Nasdaq comes out very soon, so it gives a opportunity for most of the holders to enter at 0.28c and additional "thank you" reward for their patient over the journey...
