Looking at the Buy and Sell side of things something will have to happen before the SPP or the price is going to be the same if not lower than the offer. And that would be a worry for those in charge.
They may, as already mentioned on here, make the announcement on or about the 20th of June, this may give the share price a bit of a kick along. Then we have the ten day delay between announcement and listing, new shares on the market 1/7 and the listing on or about 2nd.
This would also give those who are "just waiting to see what happens" a couple of days to get there order in for the SPP.
