    Understand the bleating from LYN.
    But I believe the deal is done.
    Even if it is not Does any one in their right mind think that NC wont get another deal into Frg that will get his options into play.
    For the LYN whingers FRG WILL be back up far more % wise than LYN over the next 4/6 months
