Looks like we might have to bottom draw these for a while.Even small oilers who are announcing good news in this market are making no progress in their SP.The market has no patience for delays whatsoever,and risk appetite has completely evaporated.Just have to wait until the ship rights itself.No change to the long term outlook for FAR,and in hindsight the cap raising was'nt such a bad idea,we could have easily been at these levels with no money.
