"poor little bears
anyone recall the saying
cry baby cry, poke your finger in your eye, to make you, cry baby cry
or, oh woe is me, please feel sorry for me"
This is pretty much the impression I get every time I read threads here. On one hand they are crying that property is to expensive, and then at the same time wish pain and despair on those who have taken the risk, saved up the deposit and lived frugally to purchase a house. Heavin forbid these people actually make some money out of their risk and hard work.
It really says a lot about the 'me me me' generation that want it all but dont want to work for it.....
At the end of the day its quite simple-live where you can afford. There are PLENTY of houses for $250k. Hell I would love a Ferrari-do I moan and cry on the internet about how they are to expensive? Nope, I buy a 10 year old car and get on with life...Same with houses-you want a 3 bedder close to the city, well pay for it, otrher wise grab some kleenex and get on with it
