it lasted for several years !
and it was probably due to a pressure of vested interest that they brought it back and not so they can fix anything but so they can finance the elections or something sleazy like that anyway...("middle class idiot thinking he is rich" vote)
bringing it back had nobody poor in mind but "rich and too stupid" to invest in complicated stuff !
