because it is encouraging speculation and exuberant prices of shelter !
if food banking was a trend and we were running out of it or it was getting to be 9 x ave wage...lol...ie, it was getting way too expensive it wouldn't be good, would it?
if water and food were being hijacked by speculators we would be in arms by now !
