NA Williams - 1 billion deliveries p.a., page-20

I think another important question to reflect on is does NA Williams have a proven track record of successfully delivering on deals of the order of magnitude described by GSW? I read through their press releases, there is no indication they won any contract in the last 4 years. Furthermore, I searched for the keywords "N.A. Williams agreement or contract" in Google news and the only relevant result the kept coming up is the contract with GSW.
