more to do how the FIRB react in future; it's been unclear since the defence agreements. I mean has there been precedence on FIRB decision reversals? - if Shenghe were forced to block trade out well you know heads will roll in Shenghe as it practically the only Arctic play for Belt and Road Initiative, and even that has been falling apart from the debt trap diplomacy.
My view is Shenghe stake is much more important to Shenghe - than it is to GGG etc.
