PRO-China trolls target Lynas with weaponised disinformation. Lynas Rare Earths are reporting in the cross-hairs of a trolling campaign launched by the same group of pro China hackers that has pushed anti-democracy messages in Hong Kong, and more recently misinformation that Covid-19 started in the US, not Wuhan, China as has been found. Overnight, US security firm Mandiant claimed it had identified a disinformation campaign from the group, dubbed Dragonbridge, targeting Lynas and other REE hopefulls that are seeking to establish themselves in the market place.
