2 reasons: 1) dividend stream in past 10 years has been substantial for NAB and isn't reflected in the SP; you would have made back most of your original investment in divvs over that time period;
2) MQG has had a phenomenal run since the GFC but that kind of growth is behind it; it's much larger now so it's harder to grow rapidly versus when it''s relatively small, and the market for infrastructure services is more competitive now than 10 years ago
