Bubble created and supported by overseas investors
They were busy biying one. Sell at profit and buy more property. few yards away from my house massive housing development. I personally talked to several of them. most are ovrrseas investors and owns several properties in Melbourne Eastern suburbs.
Now the down turn has started. Hardly any of them have a job.
Give few more years bubble will end miserably for lots of people leaving them empty handed.
