As mentioned in my earlier week posts. The last Daily Share Buyback Notice submitted by NAB was on Monday morning for last Friday's Buyback activity. For the whole of this week inclduing today, there has been no Daily Buyback Notice lodged.
This indicates possibly:
1. Perception that the Buyback price is too high currently and the Buyback brokers have been issued a mandate to slow down.
2. Something is about to be announced that could affect it's buyback amount such as an acquistion of some sort.
Either way, the implications will be short term negative for its share price. Check your charts also. It has brokern its upward trendline.
