Me, I am short on this baby - should see $31 again in the near future. The chart suggests to me - coupled with US sentinment - that we are retracing back to these levels minimum.
The final resting place depends on the near term bottom in the US equities. This will probably play out over the next 8-10 weeks.
Other than this I think that the long term high has been put in on NAB. These guys have so many challenges on their plates - firstly the housing bubble about to Pop, that they will be very exposed to, general revaluation of equities through the US selloff on the back of recession risks, and also the possible Free trade deal with the US will break the back of the Bank monopoly in this country. In summary, going forward these banks are going down.
