All banks should rise because afterall their fortunes are still somewhat tied to the performance of the markets. Still believe enthusiasm and confidence is creeping back into the market and once the market acknowledges this bluechips will go through the roof.
Financials from banks will also reconfirm banks as the best companies of all in Australia. There is no doubt imho.
