Excuse me but, what about the full story. In summary house prices to fall 1% in next year. Perth to outperform expected growth 3- 4 %. Reported that 48% of Perth property owners are sitting on capital gains in excess of 100%. Mortgage arrears are 1.6%. So for every 1000 loans, 16 were late paying their loan. Hardly the crash. Still if you are smart and wait a year you will get that house cheaper.
