Interesting ! So now the cost of cash from foriegn ATM's has...

Interesting ! So now the cost of cash from foriegn ATM's has gone for $2 to $2.50 and we have "ATM watch". This is seriously looking like the banks saying... You guys...Customers / Cashcard / Rediteller etc....you dispense the cash take your $2...we lost that battle..were happy with 50 cents now....but we don't want to supply and manage the machines...except where it suits us outside our branches.
