Hey guys, nab have jacked up my variable interest rate to 4.63 from 4.45. Granted it is for my investment property but the loan is actually princ and interest. Am i getting a bad deal? I thought rates went up for interest only loans only.
Thinking of getting a broker in amd going elsewhere. Cheers.
