I can see a Bank of America type situation happening down in Australia.
The Big 4 banks might not all survive, you might have ANZ and NAB merging or something especially given ANZ’s toxic risk culture and all those problems.
NAB is the only real potential suitor out of the other 3 as you would have competition concerns otherwise.
