NAB has not even mentioned the SingTel Optus data security breach to the market or its customers.
Is it still in Australia or does NAB not do compliance or consumer protection maybe?
Guess you need humans to send out communications, the systems do not have a clue how to communicate nor do the computer programmers who code up this low staff low resources, high risk banking model?
Banks and insurers sold off on Wall Street, not good for NAB.
Would Ross meet with more computer programs than humans in a day? Perhaps the failing banking model down in Australia needs an overhaul?
