    Good news indeed. Interesting that they acquired the bulk from 8/8/08 to 8/11/08 at much higher prices ... like many of the local institutions. That says that well after the float in April 07 they all saw value in BLY. Range of prices bought at is from $1.97 to $0.21.

    When everyone is set as you say ben .. that's when the share price should rise.
