Go with Sanford - Ive been with them for 7 years and barely had any probs - you can chose casual account (no fee but 20 min delay in prices - just have to open a cash account with them min 100). The next level is premium level 9.95 per month but I have never paid it because you get reimbursed if you do some trades and you get up to date data plus more(refresh). Top level is professional which I had for a while (live data and a few other benefits but I didn't think it was worth it once I got ADSL). Mate the choice is youres. Do your research - there's plenty out there and you get what you pay for and I am sure there are plenty better than Sanford but as far as I am concerned, they have done well by me.
