On point 3, the retail offer is relatively insignificant in the case of a 50B+ company. For context 500M is only 1% of the market cap, so even if they double or triple the SPP offer the dilution will be very small. The risk is they don't increase the SPP and we get hardly any of the shares we subscribe for.
