I could not agree more wholeheartedly.
No wonder the country is going downhill.
We end up with houses and China et al end up owning the farm, the infrastructure and everything else we cherish. Our banks are a core problem with the economy. The only thing they got right was how to rip off their own clients. I regret to say I am an owner of shares in all the major banks.
