Agreed. Tha tis a clear risk.
If say you stump up for 2,000 shares at $15 and get say 500 shares and you are up $1 then it is not worth the aggravation. If at the next AGM we could get the whole Board sacked and their pay packets slashed that would be worth the aggravation.
