    But not everyone is full-proof responsible with their money, even more so in this unprecedented pandemic!
    But we must have it All and Now, or never, ever later....can’t hardly wait...
    Merchants want more sales, pay up the fee! Sweet...
    And a few late payments penalties will teach a lesson or two for the irresponsible consumers....
