Do you rely solely on NAB?

I used to, but as it seizes up on every busy day, I moved most of my holdings to Amscot - a Webiress broker.

NAB seems to be 99% available, except when you need it most. It really is a pity, as it is conceptually a great platform.

The other area it has fallen down heavily in the last two years is the time it takes to get the orders to market. It used to be 5-10 seconds, but I now find it can take from 1-3 minutes at times. Numerous complaints elicited bureaucratic responses.

I just hope Iress NEVER change their platform, as it is so good.
