Correct - I seem to recall 77% or something like that as the figure used for calculating the dividend - and I could be wrong and it could be higher.I think Sircorp was factoring in a significant rise in home loans when that calculation was done.Prediction is that interest rates will be cut next Tuesday so that will have some effect on the SP - not sure which way though.
