Taking some market share off a major? Nice. I wonder how Primary might view an opportunity to use Capitol as it's budget provider? Can't shake that rumour of a merger.

I recall under previous policies that referrals were slanted to bulk billers, it actually sounds like that might be happening again.

When you think it through, Capitol may be better placed to absorb the cuts without a copayment, if they do then they can really grow market share. And if Enlitic does what they say, they can easily service that increase in volume without increasing expenses.

I know he has his detractors, but he may turn out to be a true visionary business man.
