Yes and the worst thing seems to be that NAB is still mostly in denial over what is probably the worst customer experience in the history of banking. You raise another good point and that is that NAB may well be legally exposed if you rely on their data and you can show negligence.I think we can show both negligence and stupidity but having said that I suppose they could argue that their site was so stuffed up that no normal person would rely on it. The Board is probably being told that all is going very well.
