A $30 share price and $1.98 dividend gives a yield of 6.66% or 9.4% after company tax ( very happy with that). The banks have already stated that they will increase interest rates to cover the costs of the royal commission. Housing is a worry however NAB are less weighted in that sector than the other banks. Business seems to be on the improve. Dreams?
