Exactly, it’s this yield that baffles me as to why you’d consider property investment at this point for a 1.5-3.5% gross yield before expenses. Better off with banks, although it’s harder and riskier to leverage your ass off like a lot of people do with property.
I’m not buying more WBC or CBA anytime soon as I’ve been saying for years a property bubble exists. Nevertheless in the legacy portfolio.
